FREE SHIPPING

Home-Security-Plus.com is pleased to announce FREE SHIPPING on all order of $199 or more. This applies to all orders for Ground Shipping to any of the Lower 48 Continental U.S. States only.

FLAT FEE SHIPPING

Home-Security-Plus.com incorporates a FLAT FEE SHIPPING AND PROCESSING RATE OF $8.95. This applies to all orders to any of the Lower 48 Continental U.S. States only.  Depending on various parameters including package size and weight, we may ship by US Postal Service First Class orParcel Post, Federal Express Ground, or UPS Ground Shipping.  Small packages of items such as accessories may not have tracking numbers.

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Home-Security-Plus.com strives to ship most in stock items the Same Day if the order is received by 2pm CST. (Does not apply to weekends or holidays) A representative will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order. Orders of multiple items will be shipped together unless otherwise specified.

NOTE: We are not responsible for delays in shipping. We make a best efforts basis to utilize reliable shippers such as UPS, USPS, and Federal Express. In the case of expedited, international, or exceptions based shipping customer is responsible for exact shipping charges. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged and inform you of the actual cost via email.

This chart applies to items shipped from our home location in Minnesota.  We use warehouses across the United States, and shipping times may vary based on the shipping location.

Back Ordered Items

Continental U.S. addresses are shipped out Standard UPS, Fedex, or USPS Ground at no additional shipping cost.

International Shipping

Shipments to International addresses are welcome. We require a minimum purchase of $1000 USD for International orders. You pay the exact cost of shipping your order plus a handling fee.

Please note that due to instances of credit card abuse, we require payment by bank wire or money order for international shipments.  Exceptions may be made for customers that have established credibility in their business conduct over time.

We comply with all US and International sales laws.  We will not ship equipment to areas where there are trade restrictions for certain products.  Home-Security-Plus.com also complies with all regulations related to proper invoicing of products at true cost, and also complies with all US and international law related to corrupt business practices such as kickback payments or improper commission payments.

NOTE: When ordering on-line, our web site estimates and applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. YOU PAY THE EXACT COST OF SHIPPING. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged. Please feel free to contact us for a shipping estimate. All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some shipping carriers will charge a brokerage fee for international shipments, this is not a fee added from our company, but a fee you must pay according to your local laws - please check with your local shipping carrier for brokerage fee information.

Damaged/Lost/late Shipments

Damaged shipments and/or packages, which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. E-mail us, or call us at 1-763-390-1033 in case of damaged or lost shipments. Home-Security-Plus.com is not responsible for any packages lost in shipment. Once the package leaves our warehouse at PO Box 571, Wayzata, MN 55391, the shipping carrier is responsible for all shipments. If there was a shipping error caused by our company we will take appropriate actions, and claim responsibility. Only after a full investigation and our company claiming responsibility will we issue reimbursement on a package. Home-Security-Plus.com strives to ship all orders in a timely manner. However, we cannot control shippers and weather forecasts causing late shipments. UPS, Fedex, and USPS are our standard shipping methods. If a customer prefers a different shipper the customer must contact us to discuss the preferred shipper and methods available. All Damaged, lost, or late shipments should be worked out between the customer and the shipping provider. No shipping charges will be reimbursed on shipments unless Home-Security-Plus.com has reached a decision and solely claims responsibility for any shipping liabilities.

REFUSED SHIPMENT/ORDERS

All orders that are refused by the customer at time of delivery, for whatever reason, will be charged for all shipping & handling charges along with a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping & Handling charges will be charged at the exact rate that Home-Security-Plus.com paid for the shipment.
