Purchases at Home-Security-Plus.com are covered by our 30-day return policy, with the exception of single use items such as many of our Spy Gadgets.   This would include items such as GPS trackers, sweep units, and data recovery.  

On our Zmodo and LTS product lines returns and exchanges within 30 days for items in "like new" condition in resaleable condiion generally will not have restocking fees applied.  Only our actual shipping and handling costs will be charged.  If items are missing or the condition is impaired, a restocking fee will apply.

For most other products we carry,  a restocking or processing fee applies (typically 20%). Again, if items are returned without original packing materials and all accessories additional fees may apply. We also pledge a quick response (Monday through Friday) on all your e-mail requests.
